San Benito Home Program
CURRENT EVENTS The City of San Benito has been awarded a grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas in an amount of $100,000 to assist first-time home buyers for down payment and closing costs. Please contact our office for qualification information. EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 6, 2006 the new location for the San Benito Home Program will be at the San Benito Housing Authority building located at 1400 N. Reagan. BEGINNING MARCH 1, 2006 the long awaited Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program will begin to accept applications. Applications will be available at the San Benito Community Development office located in the San Benito Housing Authority building – 1400 N. Reagan.
