Mission Statement
Protect the health safety and welfare of citizens by ensuring that proper procedures and building codes are followed in the construction of structures throughout the City of San Benito.
Why a Building Permit
Building permits provide the means for Building Officials to protect us by reducing the potential hazards of unsafe construction and therefore ensuring the public health, safety and welfare.
