STEAR is a registry that provides local emergency management planners and responders with information related to your needs during an emergency. Please register via the QR code, register online at Stear.tdem.texas.gov and or just dial 2-1-1 from your phone device.
Before registering, please make sure you meet one of the qualifications listed on the flyer. STEAR DOES NOT guarantee you will receive a specific service.
