Residents in the neighborhood adjacent to Alden Street should be advised that all streets heading southwest will be closed starting Thursday, August 3, 2023, as Public Works crews begin repairs to Whalen Road. Residents will need to use the northeast side to exit the neighborhood using Shaffer Road until the project has been completed. There will also be a flag man on the frontage road and Whalen for emergency purposes, and will grant access to Whalen only if access is needed. The City appreciates your patience as we work to improve the area's infrastructure.
