With wintry weather upon us and overnight temperatures expected to fall into the low 30s, the City of San Benito will open a warming center beginning at 6 p.m. today, January 20, 2022, at the Community Center, located at 210 E. Heywood St.
- The warming center will be open to San Benito residents. Visitors must show proper identification and face masks are encouraged.
- Visitors must bring their own blankets, pillows, food, water and any other necessary items, such as medications. A limited number of cots will be available.
- No pets are allowed except for properly documented service animals.
