Homeowners and the general public are invited to attend an information session at the Pharr Development and Research Center to learn more about how the HARP program may be able to help.
This information session is free and open to the community. The HARP program is designed to assist homeowners impacted by the 2018/2019 disasters in Hidalgo, Cameron, and Willacy Counties.
