Tropical moisture has brought much needed rainfall to Deep South Texas recently, leaving only portions of the far upper Rio Grande Valley and southern brush country in drought conditions.
However, reservoirs levels at Falcon and Amistad remain critically low, so the City remains under Stage 2 Mandatory Water Conservation restrictions.
