The latest drought update shows that nearly all of the RGV is out of the drought. Recent rainfall has cleared drought out of most of South Texas. We could still use more rain in the watershed to help out Falcon and Amistad reservoirs.
With that said, the City remains under Stage 2 Mandatory Water Conservations restrictions until the reservoirs reach an acceptable level.
Please do your part and CONSERVE WATER.
